Before Ordering

Please read our Copyright Info for Audio Cassettes before ordering. We do NOT transfer audio cassettes made from songs you recorded off the radio and certain other sources. If in doubt, ask us and we'll be happy to let you know if we will transfer your audio cassettes.

Mail Order

Yes, we take Mail Orders from all over Australia and overseas. Please read our shipping page for information.

Drop off and pick up

If you live in the Burpengary area of Queensland, you can drop off and pick up your order at our Office. Some people ship their order to us and pick it up when it's done. That saves them the return shipping/handling cost. Contact us if you'd like more information.

We accept Money Orders, Cheques or Electronic Transfer. Electronic transfer information is on the Order Forms.

Unsure how to figure the cost of your order?

1. To get an estimate of the cost before you ship anything to us, please use our online contact form and give us as much information as you can about what you want transferred.

2. OR ... Mail your shipment to us. When we receive it, we will contact you with an estimate of the cost. If you decide to cancel at that point, you are responsible for either picking up your items or paying the shipping cost for us to send it back to you.
